Description:
You look after your international budget area in close cooperation with a client partner, with the appropriate foresight and with good planning and numerical skills you bring your customer, your project, your team and yourself forward. Not least because of your empathy, but also your assertiveness and persuasiveness, you ensure the satisfaction and smooth communication of everyone involved.
- Acquisition of new business from existing and new customers
- Interdisciplinary and cross-thematic advice for the various national and international marketing contacts on the customer side as well as our network, which combines expertise from data, media and creation for our customers – B2B and B2C communication
- Active advice in meetings and discussions, setting impulses, initiating and setting up projects, identifying needs and opportunities
- Representative of the client and their interests and expectations within the agency
- Ensuring that new projects and solutions are tailored to the customer’s requirements, task clarification and project initiation
- Active support of project management and creation as well as other trades, advice on content and communication issues as well as relationship management
Qualification:
- At least three years of professional experience in account management, ideally in an agency environment
- You have a university degree (focus on digital media/business administration or similar)
- Experience in consulting and implementation of digital communication solutions and campaigns
