Administrator Apprentice
Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Planner to join our friendly team in Sunderland.
Working with our dedicated Northern Power Grid team and whilst supporting the business to achieve its goals, we’ll be supporting you to achieve yours.
We’ll ensure your training fees are covered and that you are given the support to successfully complete your Level 3 in Business Administration, during the 18-month programme.
Activities:
- Planning and scheduling operational work orders
- Ensuring requirements are translated into accurate and concise work instructions
- Building relationships with operational teams, local authorities and clients
- Ensuring compliance with legislation to remove the risk of fines and fixed penalty notices from local authorities
- Case management of customer queries, ensuring resolution and escalating where appropriate
