Office Manager
Description:
- General office work such as mail, arranging deliveries and courier shipments
- Preparatory accounting (checking and scanning of invoices and forwarding to accounting)
- Ordering consumables (office supplies, drinks, coffee, etc.)
- Contact person for facility and building management
- Conducting service/maintenance appointments for the office and documenting same for certifications
- Access control and key assignment
- Contact person for employees in day-to-day business
Qualification:
- Hands on mentality
- Fluent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
- Service orientation, organized and independent way of working
- Accurate working
