Description:

The EMEA region is split into 4 main areas; EMEA North, EMEA South, UK&I and Central and each has a dedicated Field Marketing team. Alongside that we have this team who serve to provide campaigns, partner marketing, events and digital excellence for the whole of EMEA. This leadership role is pivotal to the success of marketing in EMEA and has huge opportunity for innovation and expansion. 

Role:

  • Have ultimate responsibility for EMEA wide integrated campaigns, strategic events, partner marketing and digital. 
  • Lead and transform EMEA campaign management from Brand to Demand to Loyalty to drive business results.
  • Provide leadership and insights into how marketing campaigns, demand generation and events affect business growth (pipeline acceleration, ROI).
  • Ensure that the resources match the company’s goals and established commercial objectives for thought leadership, demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
  • Have a data-driven and analytically-minded approach to drive customer acquisition, retention and account-building. Build capabilities to forecast trends and develops field strategies to meet them.
  • Partner closely with regional sales leadership, area marketing heads and global marketing to translate regional business requirements into marketing strategies and campaign plans that deliver significant pipeline and revenue impact across products and geographies
  • Play a key role in telling the ServiceNow story as the company continues a pace of record setting growth in the EMEA region.

Qualification:

  • Exceptional skills in world class B2B campaign marketing with a strong pipeline and revenue orientation
  • Ability to lead with a digital first marketing strategy
  • An inspirational people leader with the ability to bring a vision to life and motivate, coach and develop your team. 
  • Executive presence with the ability to break down silos within the organisation, partner with sales teams to meet aggressive growth targets and collaborate in a highly matrix structure. 
  • Experience navigating a fast-growing company striving towards market leadership in an evolving marketplace. Confident when operating in a highly ambiguous environment. 
  • Demonstrated success, track record and knowledge in all aspects of modern marketing including persona and segment marketing, digital acquisition, data & insights driven marketing.
