Deputy General Counsel
Description:
McMakler is looking for a committed and experienced reinforcement in the legal department in Berlin. As a member of the legal team, you will support McMakler in all legal issues related to the development and marketing of our products. Become part of the McMakler family and accompany us on our legally compliant path.
Profile:
- You are a fully qualified lawyer with above-average 1st and 2nd state legal exams
- You have at least 2+ years of professional experience as an associate in a top law firm and/or an international company
- The focus of your professional expertise lies in corporate/finance/capital market law
- You have a strong understanding of business relationships as well as complex legal issues
- You have very good written and spoken English and German skills
- You have negotiating skills, a quick grasp and a high speed of implementation
- You deal confidently with various stakeholders
