As a Sales Advisor you will learn all the basics of sales, become part of a unique team and find out how to make our customers feel welcome, happy and inspired.
responsibility
- Together with your colleagues you ensure the best service, happy customers and optimal product care.
- You make sure that our sales area looks good and that the waiting times at the checkouts and fittings are as short as possible.
- You make sure that our goods get from the warehouse to the sales area on time.
- We achieve the sales goals together – that’s why you help with the implementation of sales campaigns
- Willingness to provide cross-site support, any travel expenses incurred (according to our H&M travel guidelines) will be covered
qualifications
- You are open-minded, positive and like to be around people.
- You take responsibility for your actions and enjoy remaining confident even when things get turbulent.
- You have a feel for fashion, trends and lifestyle
