• As a Senior Key Account Manager: in Community & Institutional, you will be responsible for creating and executing the annual customer plans aligned with overall business and customer strategies.
• In line with the business needs, you define the plans for the client(s) and then execute them – making sure that the clients’ agreed goals / KPIs are met.
• You provide significant support in the business planning process
• You develop the community (homecare channel) by acquiring new customers (medical retail, homecare providers) and are responsible for the further development of existing customers.
