Team Lead Quality Control Day Shift Laborator
Description:
As Team Lead QC in the functional-visual day shift laboratory, you accompany our products in the development and routine phase through validation tests, routine checks and special analyzes (e.g. for problem analyzes or optimization projects). You actively help in the global supply of patients with safe medicines by ensuring the professional testing and evaluation of our pharmaceutical primary packaging.
Qualification:
Technical and scientific vocational training with at least three years of relevant professional experience
- Sound knowledge of quality assurance or quality control in a regulated environment
- Ideally, first managerial experience
- Solid knowledge of quality management, ideally knowledge of the relevant ISO standards (eg 9001 and 2859) and GMP guidelines
- Proven high quality awareness and an organized and structured way of working
- Team and communication skills as well as a high level of commitment and resilience
- Business fluent German and auditable English skills (e.g. level B2 with extended knowledge of the required specialist vocabulary)
Task:
Disciplinary management of a test team and ensuring efficient laboratory planning in the functional-visual day shift laboratory
- Ensuring the correctness, punctuality and regulatory compliance of the functional-visual laboratory tests in your own area of responsibility
- Batch and product-related application of regulatory processes such as out-of-specification / deviation management and change control to the methods and processes in your own area of responsibility
- Continuous improvement of the products and processes of Gerresheimer Bünde GmbH by helping to shape the quality management system and exemplifying a constructive error culture
- Ensuring uniform, documented test and evaluation criteria, eg through error catalogues, sample sets, regular training courses and reference checks
