Business Execution Manager
Description:
Grow with us as a UKI Supply Chain Business Execution Planning Manager (Fixed Term). Engage with our customer teams by working effectively with Supply Chain and the UKI Commercial areas to ensure supply to the business is met on a day-to-day basis and that service levels are maximised.
The job also provides KPI visibility to management and an opportunity to use skills and knowledge to develop new processes & work with functional partners on proactive ways of managing supply & demand imbalance, non- productive inventory management & delist execution.
Requirements:
- Excellent numeracy and analytical ability, Excel and PC literacy
- Assertive, collaborative approach to working across business functions and a proactive approach to problem solving and the resolution of priority issues
- Continuous improvement mind-set and desire to extend your knowledge of Kellogg’s Supply Chain
- Understanding and ideally prior use &, knowledge of SAP (APO, SNP, EAP) and OPUS
- Awareness of customer and commercial needs and knowledge of the key processes within Supply Chain and product availability management
Needs:
Although the above-mentioned skill and experience is ideal, the role could also suit those with a wider UKI commercial background who wish to gain an understanding of Supply Chain processes and challenges.
This role is fixed term until mid-August 2023 with possibility of moving to permanent at that point.
