Description:

You will do:
- Be accountable for managing distributors reaching the AFH Channel
- Deliver Net Sales Value budget commitments for assigned business
- Own and manage channel/customer allowances budget and promotional investments
- Track / analyze customer initiatives and recommend corrective action, if necessary.
- Execute channel growth strategies and ensure alignment on our different brand plans so they can be executed in the channel
- Look for additional opportunities within but also beyond current customer boundaries
- Explore geographical expansion and identify whitespaces in our current business
Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Economics
- Native Spanish with fluent English both written and spoken
- Demonstrate at least 4-5 years of experience in Sales/customer (Ideally distributor management)
- Previous experience in what we call the Away From Home business, at least in one of these:
- Impulse channel (Kiosks and Traditional stores)
- Convenience channel (Petrol, Candy Shops)
- Organized Bars/Food business (Food chains)
- Traditional Bars/Coffee shop business
- Convenience channel (Petrol, Candy Shops)
- Hotel and tourist driven business
- Selling mindset and customer selling stories
