Key Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for strategic development of AkzoNobel’s global market share in offshore wind energy
- Develop and execute Key Account plans for target accounts (non-buying) to deliver results for the segment
- Ensure that adequate resources and capabilities are in place to manage the business relationships with strategic key accounts
- Management of global tenders incl. coordination with the responsible contacts within the regions
- Discussion and implementation of contracts
- Drive Continuous Improvement on forecast, service, capability, efficiency and productivity to generate value to customers
- Report on KPI
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Leveraging synergies through integrated sales processes
- Maintain an accurate record of key sales activities in CRM
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in a business related field
- Demonstrated, solid work experience in commercial roles, sales or key account management
- Experience within the B2B industry environment, ideally in the field of protective coatings or wind energy
- Commercial and business acumen
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills
- Problem solving and results orientation mindset
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Microsoft One CRM knowledge preferable
