About IT Services:
IT Services at the University of Manchester is a vibrant and fast-moving department, we focus on delivering excellent customer service and quality services for our staff, students and researchers.
The Team:
The CRM team is part of the Platforms and Innovation team. We are responsible for the development and maintenance of a number of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations that support different University’s business areas including HR, Student Services, Library, Research and Business Engagement, and Student Recruitment and Marketing.
The Role:
The Applications Analyst will be supporting Dynamics 365, working alongside business customers and IT colleagues to assist with troubleshooting and expanding the use of this application.
The role is primarily assignments to ongoing projects and support to existing D365 instances and other integrated tools, including Spotler, Gecko, Click Dimensions, etc.
Experience:
- Supporting cloud based systems
- Working in a Higher Education environment
- Working with tightly integrated systems
- Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
- Javascript/C# for Dynamics Plugins troubleshooting
Other experience that may be taken into account:
- Knowledge of other CRM systems
- Business analysis/business process/requirements gathering
- Working in an ITIL environment
