responsibilities

• Ensure smooth progression through hiring process, answering queries and eliminating blockers.
• Pro-active monitoring of partner team involvement in the hiring process (e.g. Eligibility Checks), ensuring SLAs are being met and following up for resolution.
• Answer any questions relating to process (e.g. SHL assessments, etc.).
• Monitor time in stage for internal candidates, proactively reach out to recruiters for aging cases
• Throughout entire process, deal with escalations from recruiters on basic transfer-related queries from candidates / Hiring Managers.
• Partner with C&B to understand Amazon’s internal compensation philosophy and become subject matter expert in order to manage internal offer process.
• Receive offer request from Client Lead Recruiters and raise ticket to Employee Services, following up to handle queries, provide information, and ensure rapid resolution.
• Drive resolution of exceptions and other internal transfer-related issues.
• Engage with all relevant parties during internal transfer process to ensure SLAs are met and customer experience is positive.
• Manage the flow of communication with recruiters and internal candidates, related to internal mobility.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience within a recruiting / talent / international mobility environment.
• Communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
• Client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, develop creative approaches to delivering customer satisfaction.
• Consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Possess analytical skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team.
• Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and complex spreadsheets.
• Fluency in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Experience building and driving recruitment / talent / international mobility initiatives.
• Fluent language skills in other European languages are highly valued (German, Italian, French, Spanish, Czech, Slovak, Polish)
• Master’s level degree.
