Task:
- Creation and implementation of a Power BI dashboard for tracking revenue management KPIs with clear insights and actions
- Change management to promote dashboard adoption across all functions
- Creation of various ad hoc analyzes and support in day-to-day business
- Support in the preparation and implementation of strategic key projects
