Pricing Analyst
Description:
The Pricing Team in New Ireland is responsible for the pricing of both group and individual products. The team is a key driver of the company’s strategic sales and profitability targets.
Key functions of the team include:
- Pricing of Individual Products (Investment, Savings, Pensions,Protection)
- Pricing of Group Schemes (Annuities, Group Risk, Pensions)
- Providing analysis and papers for Pricing Committee
- Providing regular pricing to our Distribution Partners
Purpose:
The purpose of this roles is to ensure that the pricing of our products is accurate, thorough and timely.
Qualification:
- Nearly/Newly Qualified Actuary
Skills:
- Minimum 3 years relevant industry experience with Group Risk and Pensions pricing experience.
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to balance competing priorities while retaining a high standard of work Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
- Solvency II experience
- Prophet experience
- VBA experience
- Commercially focused with an interest in company strategy
- Personal drive and ambition to exceed objectives
