Task:
- You will present our coffee specialities, our range of machines and the variety of accessories and recommend the right product to every customer. You respond competently and flexibly to the individual queries and requests of our customers.
- You have an eye for detail and for an attractive appearance of our sales area. The goods and shop presentation will be implemented by you according to our design recommendations.
- At the checkout you prepare a round and friendly end to the shopping experience.
- Together with your colleagues, you ensure a pleasant atmosphere, whether at the entrance, in our tasting area or at the cash register.
- At the same time, you will inspire interested parties for our customer benefit program Nespresso & You.
Profile:
- Ideally, you have completed training in the retail, hotel, catering or tourism sectors or have professional experience in personal customer contact.
- You are therefore familiar with a service-oriented and well-groomed appearance, a dynamic work environment and working on Saturdays.
- You approach people openly and sympathetically, have a high sales talent and keep a cool head and your courteous manner even in stressful phases.
- Thanks to your quick comprehension, you will get to know both our products and our unique service style, thereby offering the customer an exceptional shopping experience.
- When it comes to coffee, you give passionate advice and enjoy selling it.
- You communicate confidently and with pleasure, another foreign language would be an advantage.
