Manager Pentest
Description:
Reporting to the Team Director, you join the Offensive Security team made up of around twenty passionate consultants 100% dedicated to intrusion tests and technical audits in the security of information systems.
Qualification:
- Passionate about IT security (following up on news, participating in conferences, etc.).
- Penetration testing expert .
- A first experience in team management , or the desire to discover it.
- A good relationship
- The desire to increase the skills of beginners
Finally, you have a great sense of organization, rigor, with a strong analytical capacity and strong writing skills.
- Mastery of English is indispensable
- Occasional trips in the region and abroad are to be expected

Task:
- Be a technical referent for the team (on your favorite areas)
- Actively participate in the pre-sales phase and the technical qualification of requests
- Provide project management on audit or pentest missions
- Participate technically in missions
- Participate in recruitment, in order to technically validate the candidates
- Participation in the team’s R&D (search for new CVEs, etc.)
- Improvements in audit methodologies: appropriation and improvement of new attack tools and techniques, evasion of detection technologies, industrialization, etc.
