Market Manager in retail
Description:
- Operational management of your store in your city and ensuring optimal workflows, including monitoring and controlling store productivity and compliance with store KPIs (e.g. delivery time)
- Implementation of a personnel and resource planning that meets the requirements, including personnel deployment planning
- Responsibility for recruiting, managing and developing your store employees (shift supervisors, pickers and riders) with the aim of excellent team performance and employee satisfaction
- In addition to taking on the Store Manager tasks, you will actively participate in day-to-day business
- Responsibility for the entire warehouse management and all associated processes
- Responsibility for compliance with company policies and health and safety standards
Qualification:
- You have several years of experience in the field of food retail/retail trade/catering/delivery service/hotel industry as (deputy/assistant) store manager
- First managerial experience is also desirable
- You have a commercial understanding coupled with entrepreneurial spirit
- Are your resilient, committed, flexible, pragmatic and implementation-oriented
- You are characterized by assertiveness, strong communication skills and a confident appearance
- Fluent German and English skills complete your profile
