Retail Human Resources Officer
Position:
- You are responsible for the entire recruitment process for trainees / work-study trainees and sales consultants (briefing, definition of the recruitment strategy until integration)
- You are proactive in optimizing sourcing and proactively lead an active pool of talent on Retail profiles.
Integration:
- You are in charge of welcoming and integrating employees: signing and explaining the elements of the contract, creating integration schedules
- You liaise with managers and field coaches to guarantee the quality of employee integration processes
Staff administration management:
- In connection with the Payroll department, you manage administrative and contractual requests: contracts, amendments, follow-up of residence permits, etc.
- You monitor the schedules for each store
Staff management and monitoring
Daily support for teams on all HR issues
Profile:
- Graduate of a course in Human Resources you have a first successful experience on generalist missions.
- With excellent interpersonal skills, you are customer, solution and results oriented.
- You demonstrate versatility and discretion to manage various HR and administrative issues with agility.
- You speak French and English fluently

Louis Vuitton’s heritage as a trunk maker preceded even the founding of the company.
It was in 1837 that a 16-year-old Louis Vuitton arrived in Paris by foot and started apprenticing for Monsieur Maréchal. At the time, horse-drawn carriages, boats and trains were the main modes of transportation, and baggage was handled roughly. Louis Vuitton quickly became a valued craftsman at the Parisian atelier of Monsieur Maréchal.
