Associate Legal Counsel

Description

We are currently looking for a  Legal Associate  Counsel to join our Legal team who will lead to  proactively shapes and challenges within the business and externally by delivering legal, [compliance], regulatory and risk and reputational management strategies and solutions to one or more large Nestle businesses and/or functions.

Responsibilities

• Moderate supervision from the General Counsel and/or Senior Counsel  provide strategic and tactical  proactive solution oriented advice to one or more businesses or functions having regard to the law, reputational  considerations, the Group’s policies and guidelines
• With moderate supervision from the General Counsel and/or Senior Counsel lead Nestle dispute management and regulatory investigations
• With moderate supervision from the General Counsel and/or Senior Counsel  shape the regulatory and legal environment (in particular in food, consumer, digital, IP, healthcare and competition law) thorough effective advocacy of key stakeholders, professional organisations, NGO’s and supranational organisations

Qualifications 

• Professionally qualified lawyer (at least 3 years of post qualification experience)
• Experience of working with senior management.
• Dealt with people from different disciplines and cultures
• Fluency English
