Sales Operations Manager
Jobs Description:
- analysing our sales processes to derive learnings, potentials and KPI targets
- being responsible for the sales process and supervising the modelling and improving of our Salesforce system as well as defining relevant KPIs for the team
- documenting and analysing workflows to measure and improve sales performance and deriving relevant information for future growth
- supporting the operative sales team with tangible recommendations and structured data
- optimising the performance of offers, customer reach and lead strategic evaluation of offers to identify new opportunities
- optimising our pricing based on data derived from your analysis
Qualification:
- a commercial or technical degree with specialisation in economics or analytics
- several years of professional experience in implementing Salesforce and setting up and further developing CRM databases
- strong analytical skills in utilizing data in Excel and other tools e.g. Tableau, Business Objectives, Power BI
- experience in setting up, tracking and analysing KPIs
- a very good command of written and spoken German and English
- strong organisational skills and high attention to details
- a high level of enthusiasm for optimising business processes
