Description:
Our BIIS Department is within Bank of Ireland Insurance Services and is the first point of contact for many of our personal and business customers for insurance queries. The team focussed on providing a high level of service to our customers supporting them with queries / new insurance business quotes and conversion to policies.
We are currently going through an extraordinary period of transformation and growth, adapting to what our customers need from us now in an ever changing digital world.
Purpose:
- To providebest in class customer care by providing clear solutions in a timely manner along with ensuring strong customer care.
Qualification:
- QFA
- APA General Insurance (Or willingness to complete GI exam at next sitting)
Skills:
- Proven sales experience
- Demonstrated capability to put the customer first in every interaction
- Enthusiasm to adapt quickly in an fast paced, changing environment
- The required levels of competency are being achieved by you in line with role expectation
- A strong customer focus
- Excellent interpersonal skills including communication (written and verbal)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast paced environment
