Senior Talent Acquisition Professional
Description:
Siemens is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional to be hired with one year temporary contract for TA team in İstanbul!
Responsibilities:
- Understanding recruiting needs and job requirements, and advising on most appropriate actions,
- Implementing talent acquisition standards and ensuring effective recruiting programs and respective measures on local level,
- Proactive sourcing and head hunting in house to find the best candidates, creating a talent pipeline pools, assessment and selection of candidates,
- Acting as a change agent in the organization for inclusion and long-term sustainable company’s goals,
- Supporting management in the design and development of TA policies, guidelines, methods and tools,
- Cooperating with P&O business partners or line management in related matters,
- Carrying out projects to improve recruiting processes,
- Supporting the delivery plan concerning employer branding activities in strategic universities and schools and on target social media, for candidate pipeline,
- Guaranteeing the best inclusive candidate experience and induction program for selected candidates.
Qualify this Role:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related subject,
- Deep knowledge of and successful recruitment history in technical recruiting environment,
- Minimum 6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition,
- Excellent command of both written and spoken Turkish & English,
- SAP knowledge will be preferred,
- Coherent with hybrid working.
