Management Global Business Analyst
Description:
New hires in office-based roles in the US & Puerto Rico will be required, subject to applicable law, to demonstrate that they have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or qualify for a medical or religious exemption to this vaccination requirement that can be accommodated without an undue burden to the operation. Partnering across our internal manufacturing facilities, external contract manufacturers and suppliers we create an interlinking global manufacturing network dedicated to deliver a compliant, reliable supply to customers and patients on time, every time, across the globe.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the SAP QM Global Process Owner in defining business strategies and objectives and the alignment of effective organizational and process solutions to deliver against these goals
- Comprehension of business processes and sub processes in the QM functional area on a Global level
- Partnering with business partners with our Animal Health (AH) Division in the QM functional area, supporting the Global business process in the ERP system
- Ensures close assistance with Local Process Experts, Local Process Owners and other Global Process Experts
- Comprehends critical actions and challenges in SAP QM and ensures these are adequately handled at the sites
- Harmonization in SAP
Requirement:
- 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong Quality mindset and quality/compliance background
- Sufficient manufacturing/laboratory experience to comprehend business challenges
- Knowledge and experience with SDLC
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, computers, engineering, or related areas of study.
