Supply Coordinator
Description:

Task:
- Administrative creation as well as regular updating and communication of beverage filling and picking contracts in coordination with production planning and 3PM in SAP and MS Excel.
- Weekly analysis and reporting of filling volumes and target figures from production planning in coordination with the planning team as well as Excel-based analysis of key figures in the area of production and packing planning
- Monthly creation and dissolution of reserves in coordination with the production planners and accounting
- Support for the production planners in regular invoice processing and in checking the daily production postings, including regular processing of the SAP PO workflow
- Support in production and display planning in the context of holiday replacements
- Implementation of the forecast for the responsible locations (time horizon 12 weeks – displays taking into account the packing capacities) in weekly requirement plans, including ensuring the implementation of sales/marketing campaigns in the supply network
- Administrative processing of the production and display packing orders in SAP including checking the produced / packed quantities for compliance with the planning and checking the inventory postings as part of the daily health check (review past planned orders, PO’s, ATP Check, IDOC’s); Ensuring proper booking via interfaces to the production / logistics location
Qualification:
- Completed studies (business administration, supply chain management) or comparable commercial training
- First professional experience in the supply chain (e.g. production planning, requirements planning)
- SAP knowledge (modules MM, PP)
- Very good IT/PC knowledge (esp. MS Excel)
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Experience in dealing with external suppliers and service providers is an advantage
