Role:
- As a Transport Administrator Apprentice, you will be trained to assist the Transport Manager with the day-to-day administration of our fleet and drivers.
- Input and maintain driver rotas
- Assist with the maintenance of relevant fleet documentation
- Liaise with new suppliers to complete new supplier forms
- Answer the telephone and deal with client, supplier and customer queries
- Attend meetings, as and when required, to take minutes
About You:
- Experience using computers and IT systems, including MS Office and email
- An interest in vehicles and compliance
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A flexible approach
- Good communication skills
