Responsibility
- Support learners throughout their journey through to timely achievement in their apprenticeship.
- Setting key objectives and reviewing with the learner on a regular basis
- Supporting the Dev Success team to ensure any assessment
Skills:
- Deliver functional skills training
- Support and feedback on curriculum
- Book exams online
- Assess speaking & listening exams (English)
Success looks
- Learners in your care are on a trajectory to achieve well with their journey, and where they are not there are sufficient interventions in place to give them every opportunity to get back on track
- You are a team player, collaborating and contributing to the overall success of the team
- Apprenticeship programs are fully completed with key milestones met in a timely manor.
