Video Conferencing Product Lead
Description:
Our Limerick based client is looking for an experienced Video Conferencing Product Leader to join their growing team. They have been a Zoom partner since 2018, helping to deliver technology projects all over the UK and Europe. The technology has enabled them to work with international clients and deliver world class solutions while at the same time minimizing travel to minimize the impact of our business activities on the environment.
Responsibilities:
- Video Conferencing product design lead and owner
- Manage relationships with external Video Conferencing suppliers and partners
- Technical presales to ensure our solutions deliver the best end user experience
- Internal training of our departments for Video Conferencing related activity
- Internal and external consultancy for Video Conferencing solutions and services
- Ongoing R&D to evolve the Video Conferencing solutions we offer
- Ongoing R&D in the area of SIP Integration to further enhance the Video Conferencing experience
- Alignment of the Video Conferencing strategy with the overall strategy of the business
- Working with the Zoom API to automate tasks, reduce friction, and data mine
Skills:
- 3+ years’ experience in Video Conferencing
- Zoom product experience is an advantage
- ConnectWise CRM experience is an advantage
- Office 365 experience and knowledge is an advantage
- SIP experience is an advantage
- AV experience is an advantage
- Level 8 qualification is an advantage
- Formal management / leadership training is an advantage
- Ability to present to small and large groups in person and virtually
